270 North (Apt 11) is a modern 5 star rated apartment overlooking Fistral Beach and is situated right next to the beach / sea. Ours is a 2nd floor two bedroom apartment with a lift to its own floor (security protected) and with its own garage. This apartment is one with wrap-round balcony and really does have everything. We were first to buy and had choice. Without doubt the very best in selfcatering and competitively priced. Unobstructed view of beach / sea at ALL times!
Waters Edge (Apt 17) which is a top floor apartment 4 / 5 Star rated situated further along the road from 270 North and is also right next to Fistral Beach with its own parking to the rear. This top floor apartment ensures your views of the sea / beach are never obscured and the property has been recently upgraded to an excellent level having been equipped to very modern / exacting standards.
Chatsworth Apartments overlook the Gannel Estuary and are modern, well equipped one & two bedroom apartments, being 4 Star rated, ideally situated between Fistral Beach, boating lake and town centre. Fantastic views over the Gannel from the front of Chatsworth and a safe haven to be based with own parking and places to sit out. These are our cheapest apatments that provide excellent value.

Chatsworth House & Holiday Apartments overlook Gannel Estuary and are located between Fistral Beach and Newquay town, close to the Boating Lake (pictured). Within a few minutes guests can walk over to Crantock, providing there is no high tide! Guests also have their own parking.
