270 North (Apt 11) which is a new 5 star rated apartment overlooking Fistral Beach and is situated right next to the beach / sea. Ours is a two bedroom apartment with a lift to its own floor (security protected) and with its own garage. This apartment really does have everything and we were first to buy and had choice. The very best in selfcatering!!!
Waters Edge (Apt 17) which is a top floor apartment4 / 5 Star rated apartment situated further along the road from 270 North andis also right next to Fistral Beach with its own parking to the rear.This top floor apartment ensures your views of the sea / beach are never obscured and the property has been recently upgraded to an excellent level and is equipped to very modern and exacting standards.
Chatsworth Apartments overlook the Gannel Estuary and are modern, well equipped one & two bedroom apartments, being 4 Star rated, ideally situated between Fistral Beach, boating lake and town. Fantastic views over the Gannel from the front of Chatsworth and a safe haven to be based with own parking and places to sit out.

Chatsworth House & Holiday Apartments overlook Gannel Estuary and are located between Fistral Beach and Newquay town, close to the Boating Lake (pictured). Within a few minutes guests can walk over to Crantock, providing there is no high tide! Guests also have their own parking.
